• Throughout the performing season, Voyageur members participate in long days of rehearsals, living history events, parades, and community programs—often spanning full weekends. Providing reliable meals, snacks, and transportation support ensures that every student can participate fully without placing additional financial burdens on their families.

• Meals & Snacks — $1,500: Provides nutritious meals and snacks during performances, travel, and extended event weekends so every musician has the energy to focus, perform, and fully engage.

• Fuel — $1,000: Helps cover fuel costs associated with transporting musicians, instruments, uniforms, and equipment to performances and educational programs throughout the region.

• Because the Voyageurs charge no dues or tuition and provide instruments, uniforms, instruction, and performance opportunities at no cost to families, this support directly helps remove financial barriers to participation.
